This affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Ezilon Inc. (ezilon.com), a Texas, USA corporation, and you, as an Affliate utilizing ezilon.com service.

You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate.

1. Enrollment in this Program:
1.1 To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a completed Program Application Online. We will evaluate your application and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. 
We will reject your application if we determine that you have provided inaccurate or incomplete signup information, determine that you are under 18 years of age or determine that your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, if your marketing incorporates images or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable, such as marketings that facilitate illegal activity or promote violence or promote or assist others in promoting copyright infringement (collectively, "Content Restrictions").

1.2 We have the right to select or reject an affiliate based on webmaster operating principles or what we saw in applicant websites.
Only approved sites will be accepted into the Network. Approvals are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, website content and URL(s).

2. Affiliate Responsibility:
2.1 The Affiliate shall not make any representations, warranties or other statements concerning Ezilon.com without a writting consent or permission to do so. 
2.2 The Affiliate understands that the Ezilon.com owns and shall retain all rights to its names, logos, trademarks, service marks and copyrights.
2.3 Use of the Website or/and the Program are limited to parties that are 18 years old or older and lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law. To register, you must provide your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information required in the registration form. 
2.4 As an Affiliate you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique logon ID and password, and for their use. As traffic on this Website may be monitored, evidence of use of the logon ID can be produced to support or defend any dispute or actionable cause or matter which arises in relation to the same.

3. Email Spam
Affiliates should NOT promote our site using any material that promotes or utilizes software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e–mail. Sending unsolicited email is Not Allowed.

4. Content and Link Placement:
Links to Ezilon.com site should not be placed in site of content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable, such as marketings that facilitate illegal activity or promote violence or promote or assist others in promoting copyright infringement (collectively, "Content Restrictions"). We have the right to terminate any affiliate (without notice) that place or promote our affiliate programs in a bad neighborhood (Link Farm) or use any sort of "black hat" promotion plan.

5. Commission Payment: 
Commissions due and owing to you under the Program will be paid to you directly by Ezilon, Inc. via Paypal or any other payment mode you selected during this registeration. Payment can be scheduled on the first and sixteenth of each month or on the first Monday following a weekend or holiday.

6. Miscellaneous:
Your use of our services and sites is solely at your own risk. Neither ezilon.com nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or similar damages arising out of your access or use of or inability to access or use our services and sites or arising out of any information available on our services or sites. You hereby waive any and all claims against ezilon.com or any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of your use of our services and sites and the information available thereon.

7. Modification : 
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. Notice of any change by email, to your address on our records, or the posting on our site of a change notice of a new Agreement, is considered sufficient notice for notifying you of a modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 
Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commission fees, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate rules. All such modifications shall take effect 48 hours after we serve notice as provided above, unless we indicate otherwise. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. 
Your continued participation in the Affiliate Network, following our posting of a change notice or new Agreement on our site, will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
