When our bodies show the telltale signs of stress we normally place the blame on the well-known culprits such as hectic lifestyle, poor diet, money problems, and work pressures.
While these are all major contributors there lies an invisible stress inducer that can be as damaging to your health and in some cases even more so in the form of Electro-Magnetic Frequency or EMF for short.
Because it is invisible we never give any thought to EMF pollution which can cause a variety of health problems such as stress, interfering with our natural energy levels and impaired immune function, muscle tension, headaches, depression, general fatigue, sleep deprivation, feelings of jetlag and mood swings just to name a few.
EMF has also been linked to other more dangerous disorders and diseases including various cancers such as breast cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, nervous conditions, anxiety and depression and also electrical sensitivity syndrome which has similar symptoms to chronic fatigue syndrome.
None of the negative effects of EMF should come as a surprise to most intelligent people as the reality is that the human body is a complex energy system in itself with a myriad of electrically stimulated functions taking place within the brain and entire body every second.
Impart on these signals a strong EMF interference and it should be obvious the electrical conflict becomes a problem.
So what can we do to reduce the impact of EMF? Unfortunately in today’s electrical and electronic world it is difficult to completely eliminate EMF stress from our lives. There are a few steps however that can reduce your exposure to EMF such as:
1) In cold weather never use electric blankets on your bed. Bathing your body in a strong EMF for 8 hours each night is nothing short of lunacy. Go for an extra blanket or two instead.
2) Keep cell phone use to a minimum. While each side of the argument attempt to either prove or disprove the health dangers of cell phones it is hardly rocket science to understand that a strong EMF such as that produced by a cell phone especially when placed near the brain must be somewhat of a danger.
3) Try to place clock radios and other such devices well away from your bed, work desk or any other area where you spend a lot of time.
Although EMF may not immediately come to mind when we are suffering from stress or a stress-related disorder it certainly should be looked at as a possible cause or at the very least one of the causes of such health problems.
EMF may be invisible however the risks that it poses to our health are very real indeed.
