How do these fibers relate with superfoods? Is fiber another nutrient? Rather it is a complete food that contains these nutrients and thus is regarded as a superfood.

Green vegetables and citrus foods:

There is a big list to serve your purpose. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, lettuce and kale have been regarded as great superfoods.

They have a good amount of fiber in them and their components like beta-carotene, lutein, vitamin B complex, and minerals like magnesium and potassium support you in your good health.

Green vegetables have an all round capacity to serve the requirements of all age groups.

Children who have a problem in eating green vegetables must be convinced and compelled to eat them.

If a chunk of chocolate is reduced from their diets, there will hardly be a problem, but if green vegetables are ignored, the problem in health might be a lifelong burden. It is a cautionary note to parents.
